Lots of older Americans retire overseas, and some countries give them in and out visas, so they can travel to the US & back any time. I'd guess AARP might have a few members there..

Have friends who have retired to Thailand and Belize. Both have enjoyed it but friends in Belize have relocated back to the US. Not a great healthcare system there which is a greater concern the closer one gets to 75. Different in Thailand though. Great healthcare, much better than US
