Just awful abuse stories.

My core issue with doodles is that breeders too often don’t warn people about their grooming needs, and too many doodle buyers are lazy assholes

I'm lazy, but (I hope) not an asshole, which is why we stick to smooth coated dogs.

In my giant apartment building I’d estimate only about 20% of the dog owners have actually taken the time to train their dogs to ride in elevators, be around lots of people and loud noises, etc Incredibly cruel and negligent to just not socialize and train them in urban environments

yeah, the glut of horrible dog owners of late is just driving me nuts, as someone who loves well-trained dogs

There IS one super well-trained meatball of a French bulldog who sits in the elevator when his owner tells him, but he’s clearly so excited to go walk that he slowly scoots towards the elevator door *while still sitting* like she’s not gonna notice 😅

I have thirty years of stories like that. People can be cruel and stupid
