So this study doesn’t actually relate to what I’m talking about. A cholesterol lowering diet is not the same as being low in dietary cholesterol. In fact the study you linked included dietary cholesterol as one of 8 dietary factors, including ones proven to lower serum cholesterol independently

Studies directly looking at egg consumption as a prototypical high cholesterol food found no impact on serum cholesterol in over 100k people. Egg consumption was found to even potentially be protective in patients with hypertension. pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC...
