I don't even have a dick and the fact that the "rectum" (I guess it's technically a cloaca given that it's also a birth canal) goes through the penis makes me wince in horror Sympathy to hyenas but I'm very glad that does not happen in our species

Pity the spotted hyena, who have elongated clitorises (called a pseudopenis) and give birth through them The birth canal tops out at 1 inch in diameter and they can have up to six cubs per litter
