And yet I do know a lot. More than non-NYers for sure.
And yet I do know a lot. More than non-NYers for sure.
You say that. But unlike everyone else here, we have a quantifiable public record of exactly how many people in NY disagree with you *strongly.*
He sure doesn't. I grew up in CT and only lived in NY for a couple of years and I know more about NYC than he does.
Sure you do. 🙄
This thread quite clearly proves this is also a lie.
Perhaps. I've met antivaxx doctors entirely out of step with their profession - simple presence and experience aren't enough.
He complains about Mamdani living in a rent stabilized apartment but doesn't seem to realize Mamdani's household income places him well within middle income levels for affordable housing opportunities. Also doesn't seem to realize rent stabilization doesn't limit total rent, just annual % increase.
Or, doesn't care. Lots of people end up dumb because working to understand things is beneath them. They tend to peak on their last day of school and even then, they are mediocre among their peers
Household income is close to $300k. He can pay market rate. Lots of working class people could use rent stabilized housing. He doesn’t need it.
You also didn't know that nearly half of apartments rented in NYC are rent stabilized.
Instead, you assumed they were a rare commodity and assumed because $250,000 goes far where you live that they were upper class and not within income brackets that NYC considera eligible for even more housing assistance than just rent stabilization.
Does not refute that a) you didn't know that, and b) you're woefully unaware of income and costs in NYC, and c) don't understand how rent stabilization works.
