Would you plead to human trafficking if you were innocent? This guy was given a lose-lose offer. I might have pled guilty to avoid Uganda, but I respect his decision.

No. And I’m not saying he should have. So calm down. I’m saying Dems can’t insert themselves into Kilmar and his lawyers negotiations. I don’t think Uganda was in play until he left the hearing. He and his lawyers have already filed to block deportation and demand due process this morning.
