Haven’t bought a Girl Scout cookie since they tried to farm making their uniforms out of the country. Not to mention; they don’t have the girls sell their own cookies; parents take the order forms to their employers.

I would take the form to work but my daughters would fill out the confirmation form &write thank yous for each customer. We sold door to door in our neighborhood as well as in front of stores. It’s a hard gig and these girls really work hard to earn money so they can have great troop experiences.
“Not to mention; they don’t have the girls sell their own cookies; parents take the order forms to their employers.” Tell that to my daughter who literally went door to door and also manned a table at a supermarket.
👏👏👏👏👏. Thanks for that! I just don’t see it in my neck of the woods for years.
tradition in my office is for people to email around a link to a website. one guy makes his daughter write notes, another had her come in to walk them around, but by and large yeah, it's mostly parent marketing.
I’d be violating ethics requirements if I did this in my office. My daughter has so far sold 150 boxes, and I’d say 3/4 have been on her efforts
based off of your profile, thats very fair! im still waiting patiently for the email to come around... dont want to seem TOO impatient, and yet...
Hey, if you’re really itching to order some soon, DM me and I’ll forward you my daughter’s link :) I think orders start going out in Feb.
"To taste a cookie" sounds like a good reason to visit America. 😎
CNN once again showing their true red colours. Knee-bending ring kissers.
I wish some journalist would explain how much of the cookie sales actually goes to the Girl Scouts and how they use the money within the organization.
That's rude
Let's hope the main reason ain't the metal particles in them threatening human health like the former products of a different cookie brand detected few months before! www.thesun.co.uk/health/26104...
You can’t really say the raspberry rallies were retired, they were always going to be a one time thing. It was a thin mint, but raspberry. 5/10, would not buy.
I will not miss those flavors. Because I never knew they existed.
Here's a fun AI generated interview with the Smores and Toast Yay flavors about their retirement plans. www.linkedin.com/pulse/artifi...
I just give them cash. They can keep the cookies. They make more that way. My 2 cents.
Oooh no!
This year's new cookie flavor - the McRib.
My toast-yays...
I said nothing when they took away Raspberry Rally. I said nothing when they took away S'mores I said nothing when they took away Toast-yay And now I'm alone as they take away Tagalongs
Haha! I see what you did there!
It's the way I read s'mores and thought it said Samoas...
I would have cried
Same!! I almost panicked!
Nasty gmo cookies
I don't even remember the GS selling these.
Left right center, #Americans are done with the #bipartisan #SilentViolence perpetuated by an establishment which rather favors a #billionaire #oligarchy #ClassWar stealing the people’s #prosperity All #citizens deserve #food #shelter #safety #health #belonging #WorkerRights and a sense of #purpose
Bizarre ritual.
Idk what the Girl Scout bakers have done to the recipes over the years but the cookies aren’t as good anymore.
I only ever buy the s'mores!
Good.
Noooo! Not the S’mores!!!
Darn. Toast-Yays were great.
I’m out!
I found the same type of cookies (thin mints in particular) at the Dollar Store that cost less than half of what the Girl Scouts charge. I don't blame the Scouts; they get less than a dollar from the proceeds. Corporate greed has taken over their biggest fundraiser. I'll get my fix elsewhere.
digitalcookie.girlscouts.org/scout/alexan... For your ordering needs
Just don’t get rid of Thin Mints!
Can’t Trump do an executive order on the day one!!!!!! He needs to fix real problems😀😄😳
I stopped buying Girl Scout cookies when they stopped making Lemon Cremes.
should bring back chocolate chip, then I would buy some
Are they still using very unhealthy ingredients to turn a bigger profit?
I want them to bring back the cranberry citrus crisp cookies.
I had to google that one. 😅 That cookie looks amazing!
Dang, those s'more were tasty.
bought them on a lark and devoured them. devastated.
Fuck you CNN
As long as they don’t touch the peanutbutter cookies we’ll be good
Since Thin Mint is the only flavor anyone cares about, where’s the story?
When is CNN’s Final Season!?
They were good, but 🤷🏼♀️
Can we get some fucking news, please, CNN?
What’s wrong with a human interest story? A lot of people love Girl Scout cookies and look forward to this time of year. And what’s wrong with hyping this story? Majority of women in leadership positions (congress, business, governors) in this country were once scouts.
Thin Mints and Samoas run this shit
Heavy on thin mints
Omg, the world truly is ending
This is not news
