C'mon. There are scads of U.S. tourists frequenting Baja and vice-versa; it could get publicly awkward and ugly if back and forth visiting becomes an issue. We already have Canada feeling unwelcome--Seattle area businesses offered Canadians discounts this past weekend with the Blue Jays in town.
