Yeah Maher jumped the shark for me some time ago. I wish these upper middle-aged men would realize that they are changing, not the world.

Or they're changing BECAUSE of the world. And that's because they have context and experience. There's a huge swath of the population that ONLY knows life with the internet. That matters.

That tells me there's millions of lost puppies out there. The "Dr." has degrees in counselor education and administration. He's on a conservative station selling feeeeelings to those who lap it up like dogs. Because so many need to feel special or "wounded." The Silent Generation got it right.

CNN has gone to sh*t since corporate took over.

He's good. Understands, crucially, how you listen and then talk to people in crisis - not talking "grad-speak" to working class people, anyone, who is in crisis.

Trading on people's 1st thought when they see 'Dr.' Immediately puts me off people like him. People open up believing he's a medical doctor. How many would if he put 'Mr' in front of his name?
