Guessing most of the contracts have to do with medical research and scientific advancements. Because Harvard enrolls the brightest people, I wonder who really loses out? Sounds like it is the scientific community that will be hurt by lack of research advancements. Trump doesn’t care about people.

Circa 1910s, Germany was regarded as being at the peak of academics and technology. Its universities were the best. A couple decades later, scientists and academics are fleeing Germany. . . like they're starting to flee from the US now.
