Much of the raising of taxes hasn't really taken effect yet. But since Oligarch Media want us eventually gouged to pay for their tax breaks, let's all give Dear Leader a handjob now.

Funny how any good economic news under Biden was a met by Trump saying that was fake news and when it happens under his regime, he takes credit for it completely. Worthless, motherfucker he is.

Bawahahahaha! What tariff rollout? More like a tariff slinky. I don’t know where they are shopping but my costs continue to rise weekly. Businesses don’t know what to do other than keep rising prices to protect their profits. Thanks TACO child.

Who decides how much inflation has actually risen? Could it be the same people trying to convince you the president isn’t batshit crazy? The same people who think sending troops into L.A. is a good idea?

Please take an Econ 101 class before posting incorrect information. Tariffs raise the cost of goods sold for retailers, those costs are passed along to consumers and result in higher inflation. With TACO playing tariff slinky retailers keep raising prices to stay ahead and protect their profits.

Higher costs isn't inflation. Inflation is the decrease in value of a currency because more of it is printed, which usually results in higher prices. Businesses don't need inflation to raise costs. They aren't the same.

Another, more accurate headline would be “Inflation still trending upwards despite lack of petroleum demand, Americans bearing the brunt of Trumps Tariffs” How does that boot taste?

The value of the US dollar has dropped 9% since January. 4.5% in April alone… Morgan Stanley forecasting another 9% drop by this time next year. Gee, I wonder if that will affect inflation? 🙄

Five months in there are signs of a failing US economy coming with the gutting America. Multiple farm acreage up for sale. Unusual in my state. I see many satellite postal drop boxes removed. LA protests and big beautiful bill are distraction from the underground attack by this administration?

Corporations and companies stocked up in anticipation of tariffs. That of course takes months going back to when we had a real President at the helm in Joe Biden. It's almost like felon Trump was being groomed for a sequel as felon President?

For anyone who's wondering, it seems to be because gas demand has been falling because economic demand is down. So gas prices are down. So right now that's balancing out the inflation and then in the end you get weaker economy and the inflation. Enjoy.

Also, just a personal comment because I haven't seen anybody talk about this in a while, but how many of his tariffs are still on? After all, he can't seem to keep them up, ever 😄
