The police are trying to spin this one. A Cop shot the innocent bystander. The guy police are accusing of murder never fired a shot. He did have a gun and pointed at a crowd which started this. He should be held accountable in some manner. Not sure a murder charge is appropriate. Attempted murder?
whether your a police officer or have a conceal carry permit, you are responsible for every round you fire, regardless if it’s a life threatening instance or not! It’s an unfortunate occurrence, but the person who fired the rounds and the family of the fallen lives will never be the same!
