And, yet, let's get rid of food assistance programs that work. There are 200 families in my region that rely on Friendly Meals. And many more that rely on SNAP. If you get rid of these programs, people are going to die. I suppose they don't care

We subsidize a lot of what they depend on, especially food. As DJT eliminates programs that help them, we're not going to just roll them into a ditch, we're going to help them at the state and local level which makes it much more expensive for everyone. This is no different than creating a new tax.

But again, are you going to unalive yourself at age 65? This would apply to you as well of course. There would be no need for elder care, so even rich people couldn't find drs that specialize in it so they would need to leave the country - probably Canada where it's free, and they live longer.

Well, it's a good point but not a good reason to let those who are healthy to die. My Dad is 78, built a 1.5k sq ft deck by himself last summer and he has Alzheimer's. I could be dead before 65 but even with my pretty shitty health, I expect I'll live longer than that.
