That’s fine. We don’t want the grand jury transcripts. We want the full files. Besides, DOJ was requesting this info in an attempt to appear transparent when they know full well that the GJ transcripts won’t reveal anything that earth-shattering.

Judge Richard Berman said the DoJ did not [..] keept grand jury materials sealed, and also, noted that the information contained in the sealed materials is SMALL relative to the entire investigation file already in DOJ’s hands. Tampering with evidence? "Now" they are ready to release to the public?

What else did the judge say? Pretty sure the judge said the request is a diversion and doj has like 10x the documents that the grand jury accumulated yet that is left out. Quite strange reporting and by strange i mean horrible
