When tariffs are tacked on to many imported goods, someone’s got to foot the bill. According to President Trump, foreign countries and overseas businesses are eating the cost. But evidence shows that American consumers and businesses are paying for the tariffs the administration has implemented.
Guess we'll find out when companies' earnings reports come out and we see the impact on their profit margins and forecast outlooks. Leading to lower stock prices and cost cutting measures, aka layoffs. The other shoe has yet to drop.
And the sky is blue. Everyone, including Trump, knows he’s squeezing Americans to have less and less. Which of course will help reduce carbon emissions once people have less and spend less and less and the economy decelerates. He’s a green president. 😂

There's nothing sneaky about how tariffs actually work. Just because an orange idiot lies about how they work so he can directly profit doesn't mean it works the way he says. Tariffs are a tax paid by companies and passed on to the consumer. Nothing you or Trump can say or do will change that fact

Tariffs aren’t a new concept @cnn.com The media refuses to objectively report on anything Trump related. Consumers eat the cost of tariffs. Countries do not pay them, businesses do and pass along the costs. The media is not your friend. It’s literally designed to draw in views and clicks.
