Immigration policy is irrelevant here. An active fire line at a wildfire is no place for ICE. Any agency that's not actually fighting the fire needs to stay the hell away. Extra vehicles block the road, extra people get in the way, etc. It's reckless, and no misdemeanor is worth the danger.
