I hope they file a defamation suit against every politician and every media network who has committed libel and slander against him. He has an air tight defamation case. And even public figures are liable for defamation if their intent is "actual malice".
That's not what Actual Malice means, proving it will be very difficult, and most of the people you want to sue either have Sovereign Immunity or can Westfall into it. What he should do is get his Asylum or a UVisa.
Actual Malice means the person who made the defamatory statement either knew it was false or acted with "reckless disregard" for its truth. That applies to Donald Trump, his administration, and every member of Congress who has intentionally lied about Garcia.
