Police released dash-cam video of a driver fleeing in a stolen car in Michigan. Police used a Grappler device as the driver tried to get away, ripping the axle from the car. Three were arrested with no injuries.

first the car that i had to buy, insure, and maintain just to get to work, because i can no longer work from home, is stolen. and then the police that are supposed to work for me make sure that it gets returned w/o back wheels. this is the dumbest thing i have ever seen.
