P-value correlation studies are almost all invalid we were warned 15+ years ago but industry still cranks them out. We don't know the causal relationships behind all these symptoms since the 1960s but surely, simplicity and genuineness in food production would help. Anyway enough w the rant.

Most of those things are up because of better diagnosing. Just like how some think there are more gay people, no there isn't, it's just they're not in the closet anymore. Personally I'm more concerned with micro-plastics and PFAS which are carcinogenic.
