"The establishment have underestimated, support for 🏴Independence It’s not about 1 person.." I really hope so, and I'm hoping for a great turnout in Edinburgh on Saturday's March For Indy. Two auld weegies will definitely be there. Independence Now🏴🏴🏴
This Saturday??
Oh aye, All Under One Banner, Sat the 6th. Kick off at 12.30pm from Johnstone Terrace. Hopefully there'll be a good turnout, making some noise, that BBC Scotland will choose to ignore as usual. Independence is paramount for the weans, and the weans' weans🏴🏴🏴
🏴 Hope Over Fear 💪
Definitely, my fantasy is to see all Indy minded organisations and individuals putting aside differences and disputes with the combined objective being getting Independence over the line, and then and only then we can pick our parties and have Scotland run as a progressive country. I have a dream🏴🏴🏴
Hopefully minds will be focused by the stark reality that the clock is ticking down to a fascist uk Regime in 2029 All Indy parties and organizations should be coming together for the greater good, and before it’s too late #IndependenceOrFascism2026 🏴🇪🇺
Absolutely👍🏴
Operation Branchform is now one of the longest running, and most expensive, police enquiries in Scottish history. The 4yr enquiry included investigation into the purchasing of pots, utensils, disposable razors, pens and teabags for use in a campaign campervan. We all know what Branchform really is
Yes, just another facet of Scotland's ongoing subordination. Teabags FFS🤬
In a trial, prosecutor has to prove money spent was outwith the remit of the donation Courts in for a few weeks of donors testifying 'The money donated was spent in the ethos that motivated me to give £*' Hour after hour, day after day until the prosecutor concedes the point. Then the case collapses
The Crown has to prove criminal intent. Money spent on a motorhome (and sundries) for use in a referendum campaign is effectively evidence for the defence. Money moved in-house for budgetary reasons is not criminal. 4 years! What happened to the overriding principle of fairness to the accused.
Donors aplenty willing to give evidence would effectively gum up the case and the court indefinitely. As I said when the prosecutor concedes the people that gave the money don't have an issue, the case collapses. Scot Police expected an easy fit up didn't and now in a corner with no pot to piss in.
I’m one of them. I’ll write my own statement, I’m fairly sure I can remember how.
Yep! there will be many a donor savouring the moment! That is why I don't think they will proceed to court. With the defence putting the Operation Branchform team in the stand to give evidence.
Not be too long before it's spent more money than Mone *ahem* acquired.
