I know that pain. my knee is giving me the jinxies all the time during our heat period here. nothing to do about it for me tho. keeping the joint greased, meals to a reducing inflammatory type and going on a bike in the gym, to prevent it getting worse.

I use anti-inflammatory gel on my knees(and wrists) too, helps a lot! Ice packs in summer as well, sadly more exercise/movement makes it worse.
