Most likely you would keep everything elevated. Back out of Jamaica, and continue north along the Van Wyck in the same manner as the existing AirTrain. Not that this will ever happen.

They keep wanting to build west-end circulation at Jamaica. I really wonder if those couldn't be integrated.
