aside from race - which i know is what this is about - english people have a weird radar about neighborhoods that I do not share. They pick up very subtle differences in the array of high street shops and declare a neighborhood 'bad' or 'dodgy' and I think it's the same as the next one over
I see that Notting Hill is outside the banana, which makes me think that this map was doodled on in around 1961. Or perhaps neighbourhoods entirely dominated by oligarchs and Tory politicians count as dodgy now? (they should)
Yeah, friend of mine moved to Grimsby and was inundated with "be careful about the druggies!!" shit and its been nicer then anything she dealt with here in Essex lol
