I HOPE it was on purpose! I can’t imagine how it wasn’t. When we marched we marched. The military has special battalions or companies that do just that.

Someone who knows a participant said they did do it on purpose. Didn't wanna be there, didn't wanna participate, most were going to miss Father's Day in person.
