He has apparently been taking French lessons for 7 years. I do not believe he has the capability to learn French. He has never mastered English. He is an uneducated blow hard who was unfortunately given the keys to the Ontario kingdom.

Education is not important to him or his family. I do not believe anyone in his immediate family has much more than high school. Like Trump, education intimates him, so he lashes out at it. Such is Ontario’s choice. Mind boggling.
