Increasing individual and community resilience for sure is worthwhile investing in. Each person/family/neighbourhood needs to do an assessment. Become more resilient for all kinds of emergencies. Have you seen the Swedish handbook?

I have heard about it. I follow some Sweds on YouTube. It was sent to all households in Sweden soon after Trump took office and began threatening other countries. Very proactive.
