This is why unions are so very important. Look at the change they are making by standing up for their members and their rights. This is precedent setting and a ripple effect will likely occur. And it's about time.

And truly it's about time. Hours of unpaid work and dealing with the public now...ugh!! Flight attendants deserve it.
