Apparently, it is an air line standard practice throughout North America. AC seems to be the first NA Airline to establish a new standard.

This is why unions are so very important. Look at the change they are making by standing up for their members and their rights. This is precedent setting and a ripple effect will likely occur. And it's about time.

Nope, 2022, it was Delta Airlines that change pay for “ground work” in NA. ✌🏼
