I’m not sure how any CEO or BOD could project hiring when they have no idea how tariffs will increase input costs, decrease demand, shrink margins, or let anyone plan for staff needed in such a scenario. It’s like Trump is nuking the economy.

Ain't nobody hiring with this lunacy going on. Foreign countries are avoiding the U.S like the plague. They don't want their economies destroyed by an unstable dotard who may have a mushroom ego flareup. Entry level jobs are being replaced with AI. Manufacturing will be done by robots & not people.
