I'm afraid it will end up ruled against by a circuit court but end up on the SCOTUS shadow docket just in time for them to agree with him for the 26 midterms. They've given him everything he wants thus far so why would they stop now. They make the illegal legal for him.

It won’t fly and I’ll tell you why. People don’t want to get out in the winter and stand in line, that Repubs have purposely elongated to vote when they can just checkmark a box and put it in the mail. Postage is already paid. Been working properly in Oregon since the early 1990s without fail!
