It's not just medicaid, as important as that is. There is also the matter of funding the creation of a police state and concentration camps through ICE and homeland security.

It's clear that democratically elected officials, elected to represent their districts in a democracy, don't operate well under a dictatorship. By all means, primary their asses and elect Reps. that function better under a dictatorship, preferably having no kids or family, for Nat. Sec. reasons.
