can we fix this fractal next? the 17.4% district landlocking district 6 is light red and went blue before Nancy Mace got elected.

South Carolina district map that was struck down before being reinstated by the Supreme Court. The districts are labeled by their percent black voting age population. District 6's shape is jagged and reaches directly around the two largest cities in the state to grab majority black areas. It has a black voting age population of 46.9%.
