Ok, I didn't read the article.. I'm bad for that because most of these link are click bait..lol. but.. why the Hell does the moon need nuclear reactors? Also, how would they transfer it to the moon? How do they know it would be safe leaving the atmosphere and entering 0 gravity? So many questions!!
