Claiming to have made are worth a damn. The EU “pledged” to buy a shit ton of American energy but nothing is on paper and they don’t produce enough energy to cover the deal anyway. Trump just reached up JD Vance’s ass and pulled out a number and the EU said “whatever buddy” and rolled their eyes.
