Apparently its because the sales of the TNG Blu Rays weren't high enough so paramount isn't interested in updating the other series

Also, the TNG assets were all done optically, so they were able to rescan and recomposite the film to come out with the remaster, but DS9 and Voyager switched to/only had digital effects, so they would need to rebuild all the ship models, etc

The smaller the screen the better. It looks the best on my 24-in ips gaming LG monitor which I got for $20 at a a yard sale.
