I worked there a few years back, and people were buying it in public. It was eye opening how confident people were that they weren't going to be reported

Well I worked in Kensington and my manager got a colleague to buy some from (and this is hearsay that the guy was a supplier to a certain well known director) in a bar near Pelham Street. Definitely not in a loo, or an alley. It was right there at a street table
