Yesterday’s projects: plum jam, more tomato sauce and apple crisp.

Fresh plums, cut up and in a bowl, from my friend’s yard ready to be turned into jam. A pot of blenderized plums ready to cook. In the outdoor kitchen: Jars of plum jam in the foreground and jars of tomato sauce in the background. Apple crisp just out of the oven. The apples are from my neighbor.
