ICE’s actions today to make 💰💰💰 rain on for-profit prisons - again brings us back to BLM & “slave catcher” mentality of this current system of US law enforcement. Esp when you see them tackling people on the sidewalk in a chase, or removing car doors to arrest men - even if they are citizens w ID.

In a revenue-driven prison system, it will never be enough. There will never be enough bodies in jail. There will never be enough workers for $0-$1/day. We know how that works. There will always be new businesses to bring in & market cheap or free (slave) labor to.
