I've been an Olympics fan since I was a kid. Attended 2 and worked on staff at a 3rd. I was super stoked for LA but there's no way I'll attend now. I'm heartbroken for the organizing committee to have to deal with all this.

Same. Been a fan since childhood, as have my kids. I haven’t yet had the pleasure of attending one in person, but it’s on the short list. However, it won’t be this one. I share your heartbreak.

Put Salt Lake City 2034 on your calendar now. I worked Salt Lake 2002 and I'm not a winter sports person but it was amazing and SLC knows how to do Olympics right.
