What I'm not seeing anyone reporting is changes wrt EV and hybrids. I don't drive much but pay more toward road stuff than EV users do because of the gas tax.

Their registration fees are significantly higher to compensate for this. How much do you pay in gas taxes per year?

40 cents per gallon. That's sort of a usage fee that EVs are naturally excluded from.
