Glasses fill from the bottom up. The lowest tap is the top level in any glass. The two glasses above 7 drain into each other and into 7.

Yeah, that's not how we draw pipes that are closed in actual blueprints so I messed up. Kinda like the phony math problems that are written incorrectly.
