I'm pleased to see that these two murdering punks Erik and Lyle Menendez will stay in their slammer! They premeditatedly murdered their rich parents with a shotgun in order to get their money. There is zero evidence that their claim they were sexually molested by the parents is true. Fuck 'em both!
They handled it in a way that made them appear they were only in it to take the fortune! Which was self sabotage! Reporting them to the authorities, they would’ve never been allowed back into the house of horrors…however they do deserve major healing, in or out of prison. I hope they see their part

It is troubling that the primary reason for keeping Erik a guest of the state was his repeated bad behavior while in prison, as opposed to the fact that HE AND HIS BROTHER BRUTALLY MURDERED THEIR PARENTS BY SHOTGUNNING THEM TO DEATH.

Really? The judge determined that their sexual abuse should be stricter from the record. Without the sexual abuse, they would’ve had no reason to kill their parents. The entire Menendez family, his parents siblings, are standing WITH THEM! I’m inclined to call that murder self-defense!
With no parole in sight they didn’t follow the rules. Now they have a window to prove they deserve it.
