Is there a modern car that doesn't have a huge tablet mounted in the middle of the dash?

I hate cars but Hyundai seems to have the most sensible dash. Ford is one of the worst offenders.

Toyotas are okay, but I’m not wild about the models that have the thing, like, sticking out of the dash. Not sure what Camrys are up to nowadays but the 2017 models have a modest little screen that really just handles the radio / Bluetooth / time.
