My least favorite, favorite phrase to use is “I Told You So.” People have had 25 years to listen to me and do something about the situation. At first it was hanging chads and razor thin voting margins. Then a world changing terrorist attack. Then a 20 year war, propaganda, and populism. Now fascism.

I remember thinking we had actual progress in the 90s and 2000s. Seems like we're undoing every advance we've had since the 1960s.

It’s like a generation of people whose developmental years filled their heads with lead took over positions of power from the 90’s to now.
