How I felt turning up to my nice, quiet local store for a few groceries only to find that they were celebrating their tenth birthday and I had to walk the gauntlet of stalls and shoppers just to get inside.

Oof. I recently went into my usual grocery store to discover a line wrapping all through the bakery with crowd control and everything. Thankfully it just turned out to be some kind of signing event with a football player and not anything that interfered with checking out.
