I have a feeling Isak doesn’t join Liverpool this summer. Main reason being Newcastle’s incompetence to bring anyone on. Will be interesting to see who #LFC sign in attack. They absolutely need another attacker to join this summer.

I think NUFC sign at least one striker next week, won't be enough to let Isak move, plus huge deals are complicated, so not enough time left. If no Isak, doubt anybody else will be signed. Most likely, would be Guehi and we need someone in defense as well

Assume Newcastle are confident that they can integrate Isak back into the squad if he does stay and that he will agree to play for them again. Otherwise, waiting to sign a second striker before selling him is silly as his value will just reduce from the end of this window.

I wonder if Newcastle let him go in January. I think he will definitely won’t be a Newcastle player this time next year. Imagine more clubs would be in for him so it might be harder for LFC to sign him.

That’s the thing with LFC. It’s either the no.1 target or no one else. Just feels risky especially as we don’t really have another proper no.9 other than Ekitike. Chiesa can, yes but still not sure he can stay fit to even be on the bench for the majority of the season.
