I have been intrigued by the idea of a future republic of OrWaCa but had not considered the possibility of OrWaCaHa 🤔😆 It would be great to see this type of collaboration expand beyond vaccines and into general healthcare access & environmental regs. Oh, and those pesky civil rights.

I say let Hawaii restore their independence and the monarchy if they so choose, but HI/WA/OR/CA could still have our own Northeastern Pacific alliance/free trade area/customs union. We could call it NEATO.
That’s a coalition big enough to launch universal healthcare and absorb any unexpected costs.
