I would say this is better: if you live in a blue state, and have a blue rep and 2 blue senators, it is better to call friends who live in red states, try to get them to call their delegation

It’s also a good idea to call Dem Senators and Rep - staffers tally all calls (pro/con) and can help convey the urgency of an issue to the member of Congress, and provide assurances they’re acting in accord with constituent sentiments. Thanks for calling!
