Did he just jump a car with a makeshift taser?

This could go so wrong so easily.

Shorting a lithium battery across a dead lead-acid battery...what could possibly go wrong? Overheated lithium catches fire like those hover boards you used to hear about? This can probably be done safely, but I wouldn't do it this way.
