Putin yesterday canceled the annual Navy Day parades in St. Petersburg, the Kaliningrad region and the Far Eastern port of Vladivostok. Dmitry Peskov confirmed the cancellation of the parades and said it was "related to the overall situation, security considerations." What happened? 😅
