That court yard looks like the back of every barracks I ever stayed in, while I was in the military, except far cleaner and in better repair. Not joking.

Ya, it is a strange place to have a formation... Looks like one platoon of guys getting a unit citation? I had one buddy get one of those from Nixon himself, on a dock. But that is pretty unusual. I'm guessing, but I think there is no line of sight for snippers.
